I received the Holy Spirit at age 8 and I belonged only to one church in NY so that is where all my teaching came from. I could not understand why it seemed as if my prayers were not being answered and I was doing what I knew to do according to God's word. Walking in love and speaking those things as though they were...You have to get this book. Pastor Wommack answers and addresses those issues in regards to how we have already been given everything we need and that we are not trying to get more peace or more faith.There is a balance of Faith and Grace. We have to find those promises that God has made to us and believe that we receive those promises because they already belong to us. As Pastor Wommack states its easier to hold on to what you already have than to try and get something that you think you don't have. Its not God's will for one to be sick or in lack. Espcially when God loves us and wants the best for us.
If healing is your issue its not that you need to be healed...Christ already took care of that when he died on the cross. By His stripes we are healed Is 53:5 past tense meaning its already done. When you understand that God has already done it and it is already yours then you will realize that its not God keeping anything from you or trying to teach you a lesson but its the enemy who is a liar and thief and wants to kill and destroy us and our relationship with God.
Pastor Wommack has backed up everything in this book with the KJV of the bible. I just could not believe all the "religious" teaching and misintepretation of the bible that I have received over the years. I thank God for the revelation that I have received from this book and I pray that should you read it you will be blessed and forever changed. My whole outlook about God has changed and I know my life will begin to represent this. God Bless!

What can I say! The Lord began to deal with me about His Grace some time ago so I purchased Andrews book and was totally blown away by the scriptural truths he brings out. You CAN'Tdeny what he says because the Holy Spirit bears witness to what he has written. I will be teaching a group in our church using his curriculum from this book. BUY IT AND READ IT!! You will not be disappointed!

What an inspiration of Truth. I love Andrew Wommack's message in the Balance of Grace and Faith so much that I have used it as one of my text books in our Bible College - on a course on faith. Andrew's teaching takes the struggle of man's works out of the "works" of faith and he makes it so clear in how faith is man's part in receiving what God has already done, in that man's faith doesn't change God, although it is an essential ingredient in man receiving, this book makes it so clear and easy for one to realize that it is In God- who has already provided- that we place our trust. This book is an easy to read and understand book- Andrew Wommack makes it Light and Easy! -He is one of the BEST teachers on the planet!

This is an excellent book that takes two foundational Bible principles that are often taught in error as contradictions . In this book Andrew has addressed true Bible GRACE and true Bible FAITH by demonstrating the two are MARRIED...not two seperate theologies. This book is for people who no longer want to prove a theological bias but simply want to walk in the PROVISION AND POWER of God that the NT describes is ours..
Andrew did not write as a 'theologian' but as a teacher of the simplicity of the gospel. God sent His word to all to be understood by all...no need for it to be 'interpreted by theologians' for us...
Of all of Andrew Wommack's books, this is the one that sets the foundation to understanding grace as the apostle Paul preached it! It has changed my life as well as the lives of those I have loaned it to! Andrew is very easy to read & understand, yet brings a depth to Bible teaching that you don't often hear. This book will change your current concept of grace, but offers an explanation that is easy to understand & live out. It will bring you to a new level in your Christian walk. Christianity will become a verb, not a passive belief! I would have saved years of frustration if I had read this book sooner. But better late than never!

If you ever struggle reconciling Bible passages about God's grace with the ones about faith (and human effort), this book is exactly what you want to read next.
I've ping-ponged between works and grace considerably in the 9 years I've been a follower of Christ and the way Andrew Wommack helps illustrate how the two are not at odds & actually work in conjuction were extremely enlightening. From what I've understood of God's word, it usually seems that he has us walking a narrow road somewhere in the middle, while we humans want to pull something off to one extreme or the other. This book will help shine a light on that path - fairly short read, but don't be in a hurry. I'm a lightning-fast reader, but I stop every chapter if not more frequently to meditate on some of these points and let them sink in.
